what a disaster of a vacation! the drinks reminded me of college mixers—absolutely nothing special. also, i expected umbrellas at the pool, but it felt like a sunbathing competition. To top it off, no one offered me an upgrade. would have thought a hotel of this caliber woudl have some decency. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
